Sorry, it's just the first time I've seen the combo "in the wild", so to speak, and it's one of those things I hope to put on my car soon. I'd love to cement it in my mind as a "Must buy" instead of a "One day".

Yes, its the rothsport (hub and QR) I drilled the center for the horn wire to pass through. I also have a 1/4 spacer so that the horn button sits flush. Still working on getting the turn signal to cancel, and a horn wire disconnect. The wheel is in a much better spot than with the momo hub.
There is another thread here where someone had done a lot of work getting the horn to pass through.
