To assume or presume is always the wrong thing to do.
I did not replace the reg at the tank, but did replace the Robert Shaw regulator what ever it is under the stove. (Robertshaw)

It could be line pressure as that is all there is left.
The other appliances work fine in the place running off the same tank.
I am suspecting perhaps a defective Pile, that is my next guess B4 i call the prooofesionallls
