Pilot light works so that clears the thermocouple and the pilot side of the valve.
Next steps:
Check inlet pressure at the gas valve. On LPG it should be around 11-13 inches water column
Check main valve outlet pressure when there's a call for heat. On gas furnaces that's typically in the 11 inch range so I'd think your
If you've replaced the valve, thermopile and thermocouple, you're left with a pressure problem. Could be as simple as a plugged burner orifice. But again knowing the inlet and outlet pressure at the valve will really help in troubleshooting. The main valve will only stay open for a very brief period before the flame sensor will close the valve absent any flame. But in that short time, if the main valve opens and you see pressure, the problem is then beyond the valve.
