Anyone recently trade an SC at a Porsche dealer?

I’ve had the SC 15 years now —-15 years ago today actually—. I love it. But, I’m over it. I don’t drive it anymore.

I’m not ready just yet to let it go but in a year or two I think I will be

What I want is a new Cayman 718 S

Looking at BAT, I figure my SC is a $45k to $55K car

Just lookin at what’s for sale on Pelican, I’m stunned at what people are asking for, even for a roller

Problem for me is, I do not want to deal with selling the car. I won’t deal with BAT or eBay. Not even sure I have patience to put it up here

I was thinking, Porsche dealers must know what these cars are going for and maybe I could get a good price in a trade when I’m ready

I’m willing to leave money on the table considering I only paid $12k for the car and in order to avoid the selling process

Anyone do this or attempt to trade in their SC to a Porsche dealer? My guess is that they don’t give a **** about my SC and I’m just dreaming
