The Applewood smoked wings came out amazing. Nice crisp skin, the way we like. Tossed in the Datil honey hotsauce..... amazing.
The bacon looks amazing too. It has to cool, it gets sliced up tomorrow night after work.
I always give away most of my bacon. I make 12-15 lbs at a time, I swear I gave away 12 of the 15 lbs of the last batch.
This batch, about 13 lbs., is all mine. It's all going into the deep freezer.
