Ceiling cat is watching you... rummage for tools at 3:00am like a tweaker so you can disassemble the house fan and extricate Grayson, who went on a little "adventure" when the insulation guys were working in the attic and left the trap door off. We hadn't seen him for hours, and thought he somehow got out, but he actually got *in*. I woke up to one of the other cats howling like crazy, and that's when I heard Grayson crying in the attic.
I couldn't grab him because he was freaked out and kept jumping out of the way, so I got a ladder and put an Amazon box on it; and within minutes he jumped down into the box on his own.
My wife slept through the entire rescue operation - even when I fell off the ladder and made a huge crash.
