Motion, only in that I've been the one who wrote the ticket. Personally, Everybody I've ever pulled over with a 11-99 plate has been alittle arrogant. I 've even had a few whip out the fake badge like it was a brass pass and I had no business stopping them. well, they got what they got. I imagine you might get alittle more luck with the CHP, but they will write you depending on the circumstances and I've never pulled over Two oh;
I think some people would be surprised how far being polite, honest and alittle humble would go.
