Really fixing the problem could involve altering roll centers. Or larger wheels/tires at the rear to increase grip, which would allow you to soften the front bar or stiffen the rear bar without resulting in oversteer.
It sounds like you (unless I'm the one off-track, which is totally possible) are misinterpreting his problem. His car is the silver one in the photos, and appears to be lifting the rear and diving in the front but you are making suggestions that would exacerbate the problem?
