Short answer is not really. But it's not an all-across-the board thing. Being a euro model might warrant no price difference in some 911 generations or a small difference in others (either positive or negative). That said, there are also specific euro models that DO warrant a significantly higher price than their U.S. siblings. The mid-year Carreras are an example of this.
