I saw that and the guy's name is/was Rob Becker. His performance was hilarious and I still remember random bits of it. It was on some weekly standup comedy show on HBO (or other channel).
I have been looking for the name of the show so I could search AMAZON or eBay at random points during the last ten years or so, but can't remember the show's name.
