While wrestling with a 1/2 chicken last night to cut it into 2 pieces for BBQing, I suddenly thought to myself "I'm too old for this B.S.!"
What is a good knife for cutting up meat? Is a carving knife what I need? I'm usually cutting up chicken or ribs etc.. Both raw and cooked.
