Once the revelation that it's "my knife" sunk in I started modding. On so many knives there are sharp edges (not the cutting one of course) that make a proper grip annoying. Out comes the Dremel! Top of the blade's edges smoothed over as well as the heel/bolster.
While I only need one of each, I so dig the "cleaver" shaped cheap asian knives. One giant meat-axe and one veg-scalpel each for maybe at most $20. But I want more...
