Gee ... Sorry!
Howdy doody - - Unclezak here. I really think it is bad taste to 'defend' ones'self here on the forum..... Too like daytime TV / A bad Geraldo episode while everyone enjoys stirring the pot and gawking from the safe distance of their computer monitors. That said , I do apologize for slow replies , occasional unreturned phone calls , etc .... I am a one-point-two-five person operation at the moment , and I usually can't answer my phone during the day ( oily , greasy nitrile gloves don't come off too fast ) - And between trying to build an engine , boxing parts and driving to the post office , fed-ex , UPS , and the shipping dock for the big stuff , the phone ( literally ) rings every 5 minutes. THEN there is all the email ..... NOT to say I am 'right' , it is not a good business practice to ignore a customer - I am sorry , there just is not time enough for me to call back everyone to say ' I do not know yet ...' ( Tristan : told you I would let you know when I bought a scale. Scale hasn't shown up yet , didn't have time to go scale shopping in the last 3 days . SINCERE APOLOGIES ALL AROUND ) - - - I AM sorry for the slow communication - I am working on fixing this ( secretary? mechanic ? medication? ) - And by the way : I do NOT have a social life. My girlfriend hates me , and all of you. If I'm awake , I can be found at my shop , driving somewhere up and down the I5 corridor to buy/deliver/fix/ or install an engine , or feverishly type emails too fast to spellcheck. I try , dammit. I try my bestest.
MY PROMISE to you Pelicanites ( and others out there ) - I will try VERY HARD to get back to you ASAP from now on...... Just please forgive me if I do not have the time to chat you up.....
