I'm not an expert, even though I sometimes play one on the internet. I have never seen that error, but it sounds like things are well and truly messed up.

I really don't know what to tell you if you cannot afford the dealer at this point. Is there a specialist BMW/MINI tuner available to you who you can have the car towed to that you can afford?
