2008 F150 issue

So, we inherited the F150 and it has a problem when warmed up. The dealer in CA said it wasn't the transmission and replaced a coil pack. That did get rid of the miss and CEL but the issue is when it is warmed up and you get on a slight grade is hunts between overdrive and drive and it is very unpleasant. Not quite violent, but it is pretty bad. The odd thing is the TPMS light will start flashing at the same time even though there are no low tires.

If I take it out of overdrive the issue goes away and it drives like normal. It does not do any of this the first 15-20 miles. 5.4 Triton if that matters. Also has the tow package.

I was tempted to drop some Trans-X in but thought I should have it checked or reflashed first.

What are all y'alls thoughts?
