Is this a 2wd?

I don't know much about recent F150s but one question that comes to mind: is there any chance your TPMS (being early gen) is an indirect type which doesn't actually measure pressure of the tire but instead measures rotation of the tires and goes off when one is rotating faster than the others (as is the case when a tire is lower pressure so is "smaller")?

Still doesn't really illuminate root cause, but is the only intersection I can think of between TPMS and a transmission that is acting wonky in some way.
