They both were in a 2002 RX300. The wood on the shifter matches the other wood trim throughout the vehicle. I don't think Lexus intended for the wheel to match because every RX I have seen is like this. I have a 2009 RX350 and it is the same way.
Yes, the shifter and wheel will be installed into my 2000 RX300.
I was amazed that the steering wheel was in such good condition, no scratches or chips in the wood and the leather has minimal wear also.
