The factory recommended ride height is the Euro ride height. That’s how they came from the factory.
Like Speedme1 stated, the only reason they came to the states with a ride height suited for a 4x4 truck was to raise the bumpers to meet U.S. regulations.
Handling, aerodynamics and looks are all improved when our cars are lowered from the U.S. height.
