Read what I wrote…a “stock set up”. Race cars have an entirely different set up. Spindles are raised for corrrct suspension geometry.
I drive my Porsche hard 80% of the time. I also lowered, corner balanced, and aligned it. With a stock set-up. So I very well know the differences. So no, it not a clowny thing to say.
Stock suspension works best at factory settings! IMO
