I really have no idea how to do it in a fair and equitable way. I can understand a kid in college seeing the school and the NCAA making millions off of his name and image, and feeling like they should get a piece of that. But at what point do we just say, scrap the amateur BS, lets just turn college ball into pros.
Look at Alabama's training facility. It rivals and beats some of the pros facilities. Any kid that has talent wants to be in the first class facility. How can a smaller school have a chance?
Just scrap the current system force the pros to kick in a fee for every draftee back to the schools, and call it a farm team. Like the Olympics, forget amateur, and go all pro with it. And when the big schools play some little tiny school for homecoming, to get a easy win, pay that small school as much as the big team.
