Did they use the gypsum in the drywall for the nest somehow? If it was a Honey bee nest, I would say be honey softened the walls.
My bee story. My coworker and I were scouting a lot to build a house on and I found a big tree with hollow area at the base. I bent down, put my hands on my knees and before I could say, that’s a great place for bees, my coworker said a black cloud of yellow jackets poured up out of the ground and covered me up.
Before I could get away, they were stinging me. I probably fell two or three times in the first 25 feet. I think I was stung 18 times altogether.
My buddy was 5 feet from me when it happened and did not get stung.
The funny part was there was a guy standing outside his dump truck and when he saw what was going on, he jumped in the truck and closed the door. Thanks for the help guy!😂
