For yellow jacket nests in the ground, locate the entrance and wait until just before dark. A few ounces (3-4) of gasoline in a plastic bottle and just turn it upside down and stick it in the hole. Beware of "lookouts", and sneak up on the hole.... just because

Pick up yer plastic bottle the next morning
