For yellow jacket nests in the ground, locate the entrance and wait until just before dark. A few ounces (3-4) of gasoline in a plastic bottle and just turn it upside down and stick it in the hole. Beware of "lookouts", and sneak up on the hole.... just because .

The fumes get them all...

Pick up yer plastic bottle the next morning .
