As stated yes the spring plates come with the rubber bushings installed. It would be nice if they weren’t installed when going with the rebel racing bushings. Maybe when you order you should ask them if you can get the spring plates without the rubber installed, I didn’t see that as an option but maybe it is. You have to heat up the rubber to get them off so it’s a waste of new bushings.
