We had rain a few days this week and some perfect days. Unfortunately I was cleaning carbs on the bikes. The daughter's I had drained the tank again and still had to pull it apart three times. At least that is an easy one. My dual sport has a dual intake system similar to a 4bbl carb and was leaking in the overflow. Turns out the float was stuck, like I had to pry hard with a screwdriver stuck. Polished the valve with some Eagle 1 Never Dull. It is now very clean, and very shiny. Took both up to get gas. They have ethanol free here, but it is the 92 octane fuel, which my bike takes anyway. I used to fill the car for the same price.
Glen and David, have fun.
Ted, good luck!
My wife is pretty understanding, so much so she bought her own dual sport last spring!
