I stopped at Arby's yesterday after seeing their sign for this burger.
I have to say that I was surprised how good it was.
I read today that the burger is sous vide cooked..then cooled and shipped to each franchise. When a customer orders one, it's dipped in the fast fryer for less than a minute and then served.
It was all I wanted to eat...the beef was almost an inch thick and very tasty.
