Two daze ago, I had a surveyor quote me a price over the phone for the work he has done so I could bring him a cashier's check. His "folks" had neglected to include everything when preparing the invoice. Umm... Eric, I think they've missed some stuff (like almost $2K worth)... he then did a quick look and asked if an additional $650 was "fair"
