Friend of mine asked for my help - her irrigation valves weren't closing, apparently. She had some site work done a couple years back and they dug up some of the pipes so there's also those repairs. But for now - start with getting the valves working.
I bought new diaphragms, thinking it'd be an easy swap out repair.
I've never seen this - apparently roots came in from somewhere down stream and into the valves. No wonder they weren't closing!
It's possible a root came in through just one pipe and then split off into the others.
Repairs should be interesting......
