It was all over an vintage car from out of state needing a visual inspection for title. If the car was titled here before it was 35 years old they say it would have been pushed thru.
Don't mess with the DMV they have their ways to wreak havoc in our lives. Just keep it all accurate.
Now I have had the previous owner of vehicle I was registering happen to be nearby for that forgotten signature in the past.
