What are the features of a hospital bed that you want?
Our regular bed is a power adjustable model from Amazon similar to this one -

I recently had abdominal surgery and the bed at the hospital was great for tilting me vertical enough to rotate onto my feet and stand up.
Was pleasantly surprised that my bed at home was perfectly sufficient to tilt me up enough to get me on my feet.
Maybe just buy a new adjustable bed?
