I know the OP said he was goign home same day (so much has changed with THA/TKA since I worked as a PT aide in the early 90s!) but the hospital still has those same people. Give 'em a call Monday and they will still be able to help you, or at least let you know of your options for local-ish providers (even here in Gainesville back in the 90s hospital beds often came in from Jacksonville)
