First thing you learn in construction is how to lift and carry something balanced on your shoulder. Hurts a bit at first but it seems like you eventually develop a "callous" and next thing you know sandbags, 12 foot 2x6's, cases of water, they all just transport much easier.
Guy looks like he spends too much time "game-ing" and not enough time "constructing".
