Hope you are feeling better soon.
I had walking pneumonia a couple years ago and the not staying upright for long rings a bell. But at least I had something that resembled an appetite.
I don't know how long it took for me to put in even a lazy full day at the shop. Maybe a full week of attempts after the five days on the couch.
