Would an EFI/ITB engine with stock internals give you the data you're looking for? Most modern EFI software is tuned by adjusting a VE table.
I checked my notes for an example, but my research is for motors with high compression pistons and optimized cams. Al Kosmal (x-faktory) might have some relevant examples, but I would expect most of his builds have street exhausts. What about SPEC911? Don't they run EFI and race exhausts over stock internals?
