I used Intercity, twice within the last 18 months and they were fantastic. $1500 from Portland, Oregon to NYC so NJ to Florida should be less. $1200 maybe?

These companies are extremely busy, so call right away if you're planning on shipping. BTW, pick up and delivery are always 'estimates'; they want leeway in both directions for pick up and drop off.

Whatever you do, if you tow the car yourself do not leave it unattended. There seems to be a pretty good amount of race car trailers and car trailers broken into with the cars gone the next morning on that I-95 route.

I'd ship it with Intercity, especially if it's your baby.
