A question for the oldsters
I'm 63 and in great shape, and I want to stay that way for many more years. I hike, backpack, and climb a lot, but I get aches and pains in my back and joints and slight muscle pain. They are minor and just an annoyance - for now. It's only gonna get worse as I age.
I hear adds on the radio for supplements that reduce or eliminate the aches and pains and keep you feeling younger, longer. For example, Balance of Nature.
Are these for real? I can't trust the random internet sites, so I'm asking here. Any older Pelicans have experience with this, good, bad, or indifferent?
