I'll be 70 next year and I take no medication pills at all.
I do take and swear by GNC Men's daily vitamins.
More costly than a grocery store vitamin....but they really do work.
The recommended dose is 2 a day. I only take one....I can't sleep more than four hours if I take two.
They give me a high energy level...and when colds or flu come around, I never get them.
I highly recommend them.
