Sounds like mild arthritis to me. I've had some success with real CBD, not the snake oil you can find on AMZN. I take 20:1 CBD:THC, the kind you can only get at dispensaries in certain states. The extremely low level of THC makes it impossible to get high. I have no interest in that. These pills and drops have provided me temporary relief of headaches, aches and pains, back aches etc. I use them on occasion.
If you go this route, make sure you get the real thing, not the crap you can find anywhere.

^^^There it is. I do exactly the same thing. You do not get high, which I also have zero interest in.
I do two things, direct application to the source of discomfort: I have had a lot of injuries in my life (I will be getting my second hip replacement in August) and that helps.
Second, I rub the CBD on my wrist twice a day and then wear a wrist band.
Works for me, may not work for you. As I have written here before, if CBD:THC is a placebo, perfect.
BTW, CBD:THC does not, at least for me, work for certain level of pain. I have a very high threshold and that is why the second hip gets fixed in August. Pain is a metric you need to pay attention to.
