Bought Some Magic Stuff
Noooo not the kind I smoke or the kind I eat! I was floating around on You Tube and saw a video of "leather repair" material with strong adhesive on the back.....so of course Amazon sells every thing so I bought a mid sized roll and got it in a day. Instructions said to clean the surface then dry it well then cut a piece a tad over sized. So I did and put a piece over the worn places of the arm rest of the drivers seat of my Chevy HHR.
Used a clean shop cloth to smooth it down, so far it has not loosened a bit in 3 days of 85 degree heat! Seems to work very well I'd say.
