Yep, I've connected to a couple that I'm familiar with, but that's it.

Yeah, all sorts of weird connections. Folks from other countries in other businesses and lines of work, pass. Women that look like they are "working," pass! As well as the slew of other less odd, but still unrelated folks, pass. My favorites are the folks that have no business that they work for, and have job titles that are ridiculous. Yay, PASS!
I'm only connected to colleagues, past colleagues, a few friends, and a handful of other folks that are acquaintances through folks that I know and are in the same business.
I don't accept connections from colleagues where I have questioned their work ethics or morals either.
