Strangely the three times I've shot with a laser they helped me realize I was yanking the trigger and flinching... so from that perspective they are a great training tool. The one I used on a po-po academy Glock 40 was grip activated, and I really had to concentrate on a proper grip just to get the darn thing to turn on.
Oh, and found out just a few minutes ago that the #10 caps I have for my pistol will work fine on the rifle. Some late 4th of July celebration confirms...
