It's a great question and I think the true answer is that you "can" find real truffle oil but at what cost?

And at that point you need to ask yourself how refined your truffle game is and how much you "really" care.

Alternatively you can go balls outside your zipper and buy a truffle and chop it up and throw it in some nice olive oil for a while. Total cost will have a comma in it!
