Probably about night number two I had real trouble breathing. My throat had closed up, probably a lot to do with the coughing and raw throat, then phlegm was cutting off my breathing. So I got almost no sleep that night lying on a strange angle to keep an airway open. Sounds a bit dramatic, but it was only one night, and breathing has been fine ever since.
