Liftgate service will easily add $100-150 on each side. Instead, either get it on a dock or have 3 guys help you manually lift it into the truck. The moment they have to touch the liftgate controls, you owe them money. They don't care how it gets on and off the truck (forklift, dock, 4 guys dragging it off by hand), they just care if the liftgate has to be powered.
