Amtrak Auto Train runs from the D.C. area to the Orlando area. Lots of high-end cars travel on that train, but you still have to drive to the train.
Just as an FYI for planning purposes, I've driven from northwestern NJ to the Tampa area quite a few times, and the maximum safe (for me) first day drive south got me down to the Savannah area. On the way north, one day gets me to just north of Richmond. My preferred drive is to not do a "maximum" distance day but instead stop in the Raleigh-Durham area and enjoy some of the great restaurants, attractions, and accommodations there. All of this assumes the driving is mainly via rt. 95.
