hard to identify the spring but for a long time the most common lowering spring was made by Weltmeister. it would typically drop the car around 1.25" from stock but it varied.
is the spring coiled very tight at one end and further apart at the other end? that's how Welt made theirs. you may find a faint white paint mark saying "SP-200" or "SP-250" somewhere on the spring which would identify the spring rate if it is indeed a Weltmeister.
i bought Welt 200# lowering springs in about 2006 and still have them on - they have an SP-200 identifier on them.
