Those are good questions, it has a class 4 receiver but apparently will not tow much, according to the posts above. As for warranty, I think that the powertrain is 5 years and the overall warranty is 2 years, one year of which is gone.
The reason it was never used is because the person who bought it overestimated their desire to go camping, by a lot.
You will not be roughing it in this.
