Naturally you might think that we would use HEB style Texas shaped tortilla chips, which are a favorite on most cases...but, this stuff is heavy, so the Tostido dippers are needed.
I'll have to try this on the grill if it ever stops raining here, I think Colorado is the new Brazil.
