Really? Thanks!
Update:
In May 2021, I sold the Part 135 company that I had started with a business partner. He took his share and bailed. The guy who purchased the company made me an attractive offer to stay on as the Director of Maintenance and as a floater pilot.
The catch is that I had to move with the company. To Alaska.
So here I am in Alaska, lol.
I still have a gig with the company in Kuwait, also.
In December they paid for me to get NVG flying training and the FAA sign-off.
In February they paid for me to go to Bell's training facility for 429 transition training.
Next month I have to go to TN to conduct an acceptance inspection on a new 429 that they are buying.
Then in Sept I will be going to Bell again for 412 field maintenance training.
I expect this will all culminate with a trip back to Kuwait in October.
The Alaska operation has had a lot of delays in getting operational. I'm sure it will all happen at the same time I am trying to do the Kuwait stuff, making everybody unhappy.
