Here is the valving Bilstein rebuilt mine to. 1980SC with 22mm/28mm torsion bars and Carrera 22mm/21mm sway bars:
Front:
220 Rebound / 110 Compression
Rear
365 Rebound / 125 Compression
Note that the compression is less than the Standard "Sport" shock and the rebound is higher. I have the exact settings on my laptop and will post them tomorrow.
