I started a freelance job 1,5 year ago and i honestly can't imagine going back to the office and having a chef. Probably i am just wrong person for that.
All the communication in our team and with the customers is though
slack sms so there are no conflicts or things like that.
I am in introvert so i found a perfect job for myself where i don't need to talk much to others.
